Our main priority is that everyone who walks through our door has a positive gym experience.
We understand how important it is to feel safe, supported and welcome in the gym environment, especially if you’re entering a new space for the first time.
Here’s what you can expect from your taster session:
Welcome
We’ll give you tour of our space whilst going over anything you might want to chat about before your session. Starting as we mean to go on, we’ll make sure you feel safe, supported and comfortable before you even step into the gym.
Workout
We’ll take you through one of our small group personal training sessions, a 50 minute full-body strength workout personalised to you, coaching you through each movement so you know exactly what to do and how to do it.
Cuppa
We’d love to welcome you to stay for a coffee after your session at our in-house coffee club (or tea if that’s more your thing). Chat over any questions you may have and get to know each other more!
