All of our memberships give access to everything Solo has to offer, for an all-inclusive health and fitness experience.

You’ll have access to up to 3 small group personal training sessions per week. You’ll train in groups no larger than 6, following a programme built around you and your goals. All of our sessions are coach-led so you can feel confident you’re moving safely and getting the most out of your time in the gym. Each session lasts around 50 mins.

All of our fitness classes are cardio-based, designed to compliment your strength work in your small group personal training sessions. Each class lasts around 30 mins.

Relax, unwind and recover in our in-house yoga and stretch classes. The perfect antidote to those tough sessions on the gym floor.

Join us for our new to running club on a Friday morning or be part of our feel-good Sunday morning coffee run.

You’ll have access to all of our workshops and events. Last year we hosted our first ever Spring members day, celebrated our 2 year anniversary with beach volleyball and pizza, and held our annual christmas games at the training club- and we have even more exciting events and workshops planned for 2024!

Bring a guest once a month to any of our sessions, classes, workshops or events.

You’ll get unlimited coffee on us at our in-house coffee club (or tea if that’s more your thing).
Grab a pre-session espresso or cosy up afterwards for a cappuccino and a chat, all included in the price of your membership.

Book and manage your sessions and classes, sign up to workshops and events, track your progress and invite guests via the Solo The Training Club app.

You’ll have access to private check-ins with one of our coaches whenever you’d like, to discuss your nutrition, lifestyle and training and ensure you’re working towards your goals.
What to expect from my welcome session
Welcome
We’ll give you a tour of our space whilst going over anything you might want to chat about before your session. Starting as we mean to go on, we’ll make sure you feel safe, supported and comfortable before you even step into the gym.
Workout
We’ll take you through a 1:1 training session, guiding you through some of our key movements and taking the time to get to know you, your goals and where you’re at to help us build your personalised programme.
Cuppa
We’ll welcome you to stay for a coffee after your session at our in-house coffee club. Chat about your training, nutrition and lifestyle, make a plan for your first month with us, get you set up and ready to go, and get to know each other more!
